Losing a loved one is a life altering event and grieving with love and support while intentionally honoring that person and their impact is a necessary milestone to support the grief process and to celebrate their legacy.   Not only do we offer our standard event packages plus celebrant-only packages for facilitating and officiating the memorial program and events of the day; we offer many additional services to support loss.

All of our packages can be customized to alleviate your stress and accentuate your joy. Our packages offer coverage for the most common needs, our add-ons include additional services, and our celebrant only package gives an option for us to focus on day-of facilitation and officiating while you focus on your gathering and guests.

Our Services

Celebrant-Only - $800-$1,200

Serving Ventura,  Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Shasta Counties*

If you have the help to coordinate vendors and venue, but need someone to define, plan and facilitate and/or officiate the ceremony only, we offer our celebrant-only package which includes:

  • Consultation for program planning

  • Celebration timeline and elements

  • Day-of officiating, facilitating and commemorating your event

*we can serve beyond standard locations at additional travel cost

Memorial Mapping - $250 *

Remote or in person in Ventura and Shasta Counties 

For those that are ready to take on most of the planning but need guidance on how to develop a service that fits your vision.

  • Focused 60 minute session

  • Guidance for the memorial structure, program outline

  • Recommendations on how to customize and honor different spiritual needs

  • Sharing of our vendor list for recommendations that fit your budget and desire

  • Template for memorial programs or photo tribute

*Remote anywhere or in person in Ventura/Shasta counties

Standard - $2,000-$4,000+

Serving Ventura and Shasta Counties 
  • Initial consultation to understand needs and wishes

  • Definition of the celebration purpose, plan and timeline, creating a personalized celebration that engages your audience and beautifully reflects the person and season of life you are celebrating

  • Arrangement of celebration detail (venue, decor, catering, music, etc)

  • On site officiation, facilitation, as well as set up and clean up

  • Memorial program

  • Memorial photo tribute

Pricing ranges are generalized. Any of our services are fully customizable and scalable to your needs and budget. We are happy to discuss your priorities and align a package that works for you.
